How It Works

The fundraiser cost per box is $19.50 & you choose the selling price for your customers. We recommend a price point at about $28.  You have the choice of either taking pre-orders from your customers & place one large order with us OR you can purchase the breakfast boxes up front to have the product in hand to sell to your customers on the spot. The minimum is 15 breakfast boxes per order. Turnaround time is 2 weeks from the time you place your order.

 
Optional: If you would like to have your logo on the pancake mix bag, WE CAN DO THAT! Custom logo orders have a minimum of 30 breakfast boxes.

Pancake Mix

Indulge buyers with a customized bag of fan-favorite pancake mix by Chris Cakes. They’ll be flipping pancakes and creating family memories in no time!

How It Works

Here’s how it works: We will create a custom label bag specific to your group!   Each bag contains 2lbs of Chris Cakes pancake mix.  Your group sets the price to charge the customer.  We recommend your price point being between $8-$10.  You will be charged $4.75 per bag from Sunflower Fundraising Co., and all remaining money is your profit from the fundraiser.  The minimum order for a fundraiser is 40 bags. Additional fees include: tax & a delivery fee.  Pickup from our warehouse is available to avoid delivery fee.  Please provide a tax exemption form to avoid being charged tax.

Bag Design:  Let us know how you would like the front of your bag designed.  E-mail your high resolution logo in a JPG format & the information you would like included in your design.  A mock-up will be created & e-mailed to you in about 5 business days.

How It Works

The fundraiser cost per “Chiefs Fan Pack” is $15.00 & you choose the selling price for your customers. We recommend a price point at about $20.  You have the choice of either taking pre-orders from your customers & place one large order with us OR you can purchase the Chief’s Fan Packs up front to have the product in hand to sell to your customers on the spot. The minimum is 15 Fan Packs per order. The stickers will be in a clear plastic bag attached to the book, ready to be distributed. Turnaround time is about 2 1/2 weeks from the time you place your order.

3 Price Point Fundraiser

How It Works 

View all of the locally made products by clicking the “SHOP” link & use the visitor’s code “SUNFLOWER-WELCOME”. Select 3 fundraising products/boxes of varying prices, offering your customers 3 price points to choose from. For example you could sell:

1.) KC playing cards – $10

2.) Chief’s Fan Pack – $20

3.) KC Local Box – $55

For this fundraiser a custom flyer will be created for your group with all the important details including: Organization name, what you’re raising money for, products with images, description & pricing, dates for the fundraiser and contact information.

A minimum of 25 total items set for this fundraiser. If one or more curated box is offered in the fundraiser there is a minimum of 15 (combined) total boxes.

Individual Local Items 

You have an incredible selection of products here at your fingertips! You can select what individual product/s to offer your customers. View all of the locally made products by clicking the “SHOP” link & use the visitor’s code “SUNFLOWER-WELCOME”.

Once you select the products you would like to offer, you choose the price point to sell them at.

You have 2 options for selling:

1.) Taking pre-orders with a custom flyer & order form. A custom fundraising flyer will be created for your group’s marketing use. The flyer will have all the important details including: your organization name, what you’re raising money for, product/s images, description & pricing, dates for the fundraiser and contact information.

2.) Purchase a set amount of product up front to have on hand to sell to your customers.

A minimum of 15 (per) product selected is required for this fundraiser.

Payment for Fundraisers

It is up to your sellers to collect payment from the customer. We recommend collecting payment upfront which makes for efficient deliveries for you. If you accept a check from a customer, it is to be made out to to your seller/organization, not Sunflower Fundraising.
When your whole order is placed with us an invoice will be sent to your organization & one payment is to be made to Sunflower Fundraising Co.. Payment is due upon delivery of the product.   **Please note: We do not accept personal checks from individual customers.**
